LUMINA TEAM 1/2 Day Virtual WORKSHOP

This workshop is for teams who have completed their LUMINA Spark portrait and have had their individual portrait debriefs completed

The workshop moves team members from the ‘I’ space to the ‘we’ space and through shared activities, exercises and discussions, the team can begin to understand each other and the teams unique attributes. Some benefits include:
